1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Fincclean website at fincclean.com or our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Fincclean provides laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, clothing alteration and home cleaning services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Bookings & Orders

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Fincclean.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses.
• We will make every effort to meet agreed collection and delivery times, but cannot guarantee exact times due to factors outside our control.
• Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are as quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change.
• Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, bank transfer and payment via our app.
• Additional charges may apply for specialist treatments, express services or items requiring extra care.

5. Care of Garments & Items

• We take all reasonable care of items entrusted to us. However, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing wear, inherent fabric weakness or items not suitable for the requested service.
• Please inform us of any special care requirements at the time of booking.
• We are not responsible for items left in pockets. Please check all pockets before handing over garments.
• In the unlikely event of damage or loss caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Complaints & Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at business@fincclean.com or call 08069495356. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fincclean website and app — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Fincclean and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fincclean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
